Kentucky Fried Chicken in Dreieich

Not good

Amazingly bad today. The Colonel Burger was half full, the meat had a frightening consistency and nausea straight away after eating. My goodness, you are system catering!

First things first: the employees do their job very well. BUT, since KFC has also been running a delivery service, the waiting time at the place has been so long that I prefer to buy something at Real and cook at home. And it would still be faster than the snake.

Usual story here, long queues and just one person serving. Others dedicated to chatting behind the counter or dealing with lieferando orders - the drivers of which refuse to acknowledge minimum distance requirements nor the entry/exit pathway. The zinger burger was average to start, but when I opened it up (as I do with all fast food) it had black marks on the bread that didn't look good - not sure how the person making this food didn't notice. Or he did notice and didn't care - either option pathetic though. Of I was home already and another trip to KFC was not on my agenda. Won't go back.

Disaster! Wings are blooding, not fried, it's simply dangerous...

Unfortunately it looks very dirty and untidy, the workers are very nice but the food unfortunately doesn't taste good either, the chicken that I had stood there for hours, it just got dry and hard.

Several employees without a mask ... Visitors from the outside in the kitchen with the door open so that the guests can see it even without a mask! Something like that is not possible! Employee picking his nose !!!! Ugh ... just disgusting!

Its chicken. And it is fully cooked. You get 4 stars. 5 stars if you had ranch dressing for dipping, but you don't. ?

Best KFC only top employees keep it up ?

Unfortunately, very, very bad experiences several times in a row. 1) Order regularly, get spicy - can happen. 2) Regularly ordered, we still have 40 spicy legs that have to be sold before regular preparation - customer is king, not here. 3) Ordered to go, find at home that the meat has stunk. - Health hazard ... stay away! Never again KFC Sprendlingen!

Arrive at 21:40. We have nothing left. What shoud that ? Your opening times are on the website. 22 O `clock! So you should have everything there until 10 p.m. Otherwise change your opening times.

Crispy hotwungs, fries and cold coke perfect for today's lunch

No system and management at all.... In front of me was 5 peoples for order but only one person was working and behind him two persons are just walk around here and there. Then i have ordered one thing but i got other thing. As i take away my food, i couldn't check that time. When i reached the home then i got this bad surprise!!!!!!!

I have ordered the Kentucky bucket and found it not at all good ..... the chicken wings were so small that I have laid aside as an example one see Foto.Nur 1 Chicken Wing had the original standard size and the rest was so small that I thought mhmmm what is going on with KFC ?? I hope that was an exceptional case otherwise that would be a disappointment for all KFC lovers. I rated the other KFC restaurants very well because they also offer what belongs to the standards.

Worst service ever. While we were wondering which bucket was enough for our kids, the waitress ordered us to stand aside for the next customer. She didn’t advise us the menu also.

Pizza Hut and KFC - not every place is good, though this one is. Tried both many time over here, always good taste and friendly service!!
